Lorna Brightmore

Lorna Brightmore is an accomplished data scientist currently serving as Head of Data and Lead Machine Learning Scientist at Hertility, where the focus is on empowering women to manage their hormonal health through machine learning. Prior to this role, Lorna held various positions at Tails.com as Lead Data Scientist and Data Scientist, contributing data insights to the tailored pet food industry. Lorna's experience includes a fellowship at ASI Data Science, an Operations Research Analyst role at the Department for Education, and a Business Analyst position at Sequel Business Solutions Ltd. Lorna earned a Ph.D. in Mathematics from the University of Bristol, where research concentrated on Riemann-Hilbert analysis in Random Matrix Theory and Quantum Entanglement, complemented by a short-term research scholarship at Indiana University Indianapolis and a Master's degree from the University of York.
