Troy Dukes is a seasoned professional in agricultural management and real estate, currently serving as the Farm Manager and Real Estate Broker at Hertz Farm Management since June 2021. Prior experience includes a pivotal role as Site Lead at Bayer Crop Science, overseeing a large corn production site and enhancing safety culture from October 2013 to April 2021. Previously, Troy owned and operated Dukes Farms from March 1997 to October 2017, where management involved critical decisions on farming practices and marketing. Troy's career also includes diverse roles at Monsanto, spanning from Seed Quality Supervisor to Site Manager, where responsibilities involved people management and quality assurance in seed production.
