Clifton A. (Andy) Papania has a strong background in project management and process excellence. Clifton A. (Andy) played key roles in the acquisition of Dollar and Thrifty by Hertz Global Holdings, internal process improvement projects at Hertz, and managed teams in the Southwest Region.
