Victor Olivarez is a seasoned operations leader currently serving as the Director of Operations at Hertz since 2019. With a team of over 120 employees and a fleet exceeding 10,000 vehicles, Victor has successfully implemented process improvement initiatives that enhanced operational consistency and productivity across multiple locations in Florida. Earlier roles include Production Quality Manager and Corporate Trainer at Hertz and MACHULIN’S MARKETING, where Victor excelled in customer engagement and team management. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Fredonia and a specific degree in Business Administration from Berkeley College. Victor's leadership has been recognized with the Leadership Achievement Award and a feature at a Global Leadership Conference.
