Yoni Frider is a partner in the Hi-Tech Department at Herzog, Fox & Neeman, where a wealth of experience in corporate law, particularly in venture capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity, has been established since 2017. Prior experience includes serving as an associate at Herzog, Fox & Neeman from 2013 to 2016, at Seyfarth Shaw from 2008 to 2012, and at Thelen Reid Brown Raysman & Steiner LLP from 2007 to 2008. Yoni Frider's academic credentials include an LLM in International Business and Trade Law from Fordham University School of Law, an LLB from Tel Aviv University, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Haifa.
