Oksana Berezhnykh

Oksana Berezhnykh has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Oksana started their career in 2009 at BPS-Sberbank, where they worked as an Economist before progressing to the role of Lead Economist. In this position, they were involved in various projects related to the Department of innovations and infrastructural projects. Notably, they played a pivotal role in business analysis activities for projects such as developing the Open API system and integrating biometric authentication into the mobile application. Oksana also served as a project manager/product owner from the customer's side.

In 2020, Oksana joined System Technologies as a Business Analyst and continued in this role until April 2021. Oksana'smain responsibilities included conducting business analysis tasks within the company.

Currently, Oksana is employed at HES FinTech, where they initially worked as a Business Analyst from April 2021. Oksana then progressed to the position of Lead Business Analyst in February 2022. However, there is no specified end date for their current roles at HES FinTech.

Oksana Berezhnykh completed their Bachelor's degree in Finance and Credit from Belarusian State Economic University, graduating in 2009. From 2007 to 2008, they attended the Academy of postgraduate education with a focus on being an interpreter in English. Oksana then obtained a certificate in Business Analysis for IT from IT Academy in 2019.

In addition to their formal education, Oksana has obtained several certifications. In 2020, they received certifications in "Business Analysis: Information system design with BPMN and UML" from Institute IBA and "Planning in Business Analysis" from Dgtlization - Digital Transformation Agency. In 2019, they acquired certifications in various blockchain-related courses such as "Blockchain Platforms," "Decentralized applications," "Blockchain Specialization," "Smart Contracts," and "Blockchain Basics," all from Coursera. Oksana also completed the "EF standard English test" from EF Education First in 2019. Furthermore, in 2020, they achieved certifications in "Budgeting and Scheduling Projects," "Initiating and Planning Projects," and "Managing Project Risks and Changes" from Coursera.
