Callum Hart

Callum Hart has a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce with a focus on Property and Finance from Curtin University. Currently holding the position of Senior Development Manager at Hesperia, Callum has extensive experience in managing various development projects, including the Smiths Beach Project and Victoria House. Prior to their current role, Callum worked at Cedar Woods Properties Limited as a Development Manager, overseeing projects such as Bushmead and Byford on the Scarp. With a background in financial management, feasibility analysis, and project management, Callum is well-equipped to lead and execute development projects from concept to completion.
