Kathleen Christensen

Kathleen (Kit) Christensen, MHRIR, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in labor relations, employee development, and HR analytics. Currently a Human Resources Specialist and Senior Human Resources Analyst at Hess Corporation since January 2017, Kathleen has previously held roles as HRBP at Phillips 66, contributing to the development of metrics for labor processes and engagement in university recruiting efforts.
