Hardik Mathavadiya

Hardik Mathavadiya is an experienced environmental engineer currently working as an Executive - Environment at Hester Biosciences Limited since April 2023. Prior to this role, Hardik served as a Process Environment Engineer at Navpad Pigments Pvt. Ltd. from December 2020 to May 2023, managing daily operations of various environmental treatment processes, overseeing maintenance schedules, monitoring operational and quality parameters, and conducting training for staff. Earlier experience includes positions as an Environmental Engineer at Bosch Rexroth from November 2019 to December 2020 and at Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation from August 2018 to November 2019.
