Marloes Prinsen

Marloes Prinsen is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in organizational development and human resources. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner and previously as an HR Advisor at Het Juridisch Loket since August 2020, Marloes plays a key role in fostering a just society through collaboration with over 400 individuals across multiple locations. Earlier experience includes developing new HR services at USG People Netherlands, where responsibilities involved training, assessment development, and event organization. Marloes also worked as an organizational advisor and project manager at Unique, focusing on HR process analysis and team development. A significant travel sabbatical provided unique personal growth experiences. Marloes's foundational career includes research and advisory roles at BusinessWise and an internship at Berenschot, complemented by leadership experience at Casa International BV during academic pursuits. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Sociology from Utrecht University, as well as ongoing studies in organizational theory and strategic HRM.
