Dr. Rajesh Ubale has a diverse range of work experience in the field of HR and administration. Dr Rajesh started their career in 1994 as a Design Engineer at Ferrodie Private Limited. Dr Rajesh then moved on to SuperMaxWorld, where they held the position of Head-HR, IR & Admn for over 16 years. During their time at SuperMaxWorld, they focused on leadership development, talent management, and change management.
