Sam Mathi

Sam Mathi has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Most recently, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources for the AMEA region at Heubach since January 2022. Prior to that, they were the HR Head for nurture.farm (a UPL Group Company) from September 2020 to January 2022. Sam also took a personal sabbatical for graduate studies at Case Western Reserve University from June 2019 to August 2020.

Earlier in their career, Sam worked at DuPont as an HR Leader for the Crop Protection and Seed Business Units in India, as well as for the DuPont Knowledge Center in Hyderabad. Sam was a Senior HR Business Partner at Qualcomm from July 2008 to September 2013, and a Manager-HR at Monsanto from September 2004 to July 2008. Sam also held HR roles at Wockhardt and Torrent Group.

Sam Mathi completed a Master of Science in Positive Organization Development & Change from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University in the years 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Arts in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences from 2000 to 2002. Sam Mathi's educational background also includes a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from Andhra University, where they studied from 1994 to 1998.
