Frederik Spiekermann has extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management. Frederik is currently serving as the Chief Procurement Officer at Heubach. Prior to this, they held the position of Group Director Procurement (CPO) at Atotech Group, where they were responsible for managing a global procurement organization and had budget and compliance responsibilities for over $800m. Frederik has also served as the Chief Procurement Officer and Member of the Executive Committee at Perlen Packaging, overseeing global procurement and supply chain operations. Before that, they held various roles at Klöckner Pentaplast, including Director Procurement, Senior Manager Raw Materials Procurement, and Category Manager.
Frederik Spiekermann's education history begins in 2005, when they enrolled at VWA Koblenz, where they graduated in 2008 with a degree in Business Administration. Following this, in 2011, they attended Hessische Berufsakademie BA and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Administration in 2012.
In 2013, Frederik pursued further education at Virginia Commonwealth University - School of Business, where they completed an Executive MBA in Business Administration, graduating in 2015.
Continuing their professional development, Frederik attended INSEAD Executive Education in 2022 and completed a program focused on Transition to General Management. In 2023, they returned to INSEAD and completed another program, this time in Strategy in the Age of Digital Disruption.
In addition to their formal education, Frederik obtained two certifications from INSEAD Executive Education. Frederik received a certification in Strategy in the Age of Digital Disruption in May 2023, and in Transition to General Management in June 2022.
