Ben Birch

Ben Birch has extensive experience in operations management and leadership, currently serving as an Operations Trainer specializing in RLM-Raymond Lean Management and Safety at HEUBEL SHAW since September 2021. As President of Promo Sources Inc since January 2009, Ben Birch oversees the provision of promotional and marketing specialty items. Previous roles include Operations Manager at Lipic's Recognition (2007-2009) and Operations Engineer at Tubular Steel Inc (2003-2006), as well as Operations Manager at Tubular Steel, Inc., a division of TSI Holding Co. (1996-2006). Ben Birch holds a Master's degree in Engineering Management and Mechanical Engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology, obtained between 1983 and 1986.
