Mila Istenich

Mila Istenich has over 10 years of work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. In 2011, they began their career as a Recruitment Specialist at EWL Group. In 2012, they joined Hays as a Research Analyst and Recruitment Specialist. In 2013, they joined Futurestep, A Korn/Ferry Company, as a Talent Acquisition Partner, Internal Recruiter and Training Coordinator, and Talent Acquisition Specialist. In 2016, they joined Emarsys as a Global Head of Talent Acquisition, Talent Acquisition Lead, and APAC Talent Acquisition Partner. In 2021, they joined Bitpanda as Head of Business Recruiting. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Prodport as Head of Talent.

Mila Istenich holds a Master's degree in Development Economics and International Development from the University of Warsaw, as well as a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from the same university. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from LinkedIn in Taking Charge of Your Career (2019), Ken Blanchard on Servant Leadership (2018), and from PADI in Open Water Diver (2017).
