Ali Wasti

Ali Wasti is a seasoned investment professional serving as Managing Director for Pathfinder Ventures at Hewlett Packard Enterprise since April 2021, where leadership focuses on venture investments in data, Artificial Intelligence, next-generation infrastructure, and IoT. Ali also holds roles as an Investor and Board Observer for multiple companies, including Rockset, Cequence Security, SingleStore, and Alation, among others, and has been involved in successful acquisitions by Snowflake and Databricks through previous investments in TruEra and Arcion Labs. Prior experience includes being a Founding Partner at Massive, an angel investing group, and a Partner at Atami Capital, along with investment involvement at Lyft during its IPO. Educational achievements include an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Computer Science from McMaster University, graduating Summa Cum Laude.
