Alyssa Jaques

Alyssa (Arrigo) Jaques has a solid background in user experience design, with extensive experience in various high-profile companies. Alyssa is currently working as the Senior Director of User Experience for the Office of the CTO at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Prior to this, they held the position of Director User Experience Design at Parallel Wireless from October 2019 to March 2023. Alyssa also worked as the Manager of User Experience Design at Ascend Learning from August 2014 to September 2019. Other notable roles include User Experience Lead at VMware, Consulting User Experience Designer at Oracle, and Principal User Experience Designer at RSA Security. Alyssa began their career as a Product Designer at Microsoft in 2008 and has since worked in various senior user experience designer positions at Thomson Reuters and Fidelity Investments.

Alyssa (Arrigo) Jaques completed their Master's degree in User-Centered Design at Brandeis University from 2017 to 2020. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2017, they pursued a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering at the same university. Alyssa holds an AS in Computer Science from Manchester Technical College and has obtained two certificates in Web Design and Web Development from NHTI, Concord's Community College. Additionally, they earned a BA in Commercial Art from Notre Dame College and a Certificate in Multimedia from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Alyssa has also obtained several certifications, including CompTIA Cloud+, RSA Adaptive Authentication On-Premise Administration, and Scrum Product Owner.
