Annette Delbridge

Annette Delbridge is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and information technology. Currently serving as the Director of People Operations Talent Enablement at Hewlett Packard Enterprise since March 2013, Annette collaborates with HR Centers of Excellence to establish an inclusive talent strategy and integrates innovative technologies like Artificial Intelligence into the employee experience. Previously held positions include Director of Information Technology at Siemens Enterprise Communications and multiple HR Director roles at Nortel, where responsibilities encompassed managing global HR services, performance management, and talent strategy across diverse international groups. Annette holds a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy and Mathematics from Carleton University and a certification in Human Resource Management from Duke University.
