Chris Anderson has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and companies. Chris started their career in 1995 as a Research Engineer at J.A. Jones Power Delivery, where they conducted research, experiments, and developed software for the Electric Power Research Institute. In 1997, they joined Netsuite Development Corp as a Senior Software Engineer and quickly became the lead for the back-end, making significant improvements to the system's scalability and performance. In 1999, they joined Gold Wire Technology as a Principal Software Engineer, where they played a crucial role in addressing key challenges and developing a policy engine for managing router and switch configurations. From 2005 to 2017, Chris worked at Camiant/Tekelec/Oracle as a Principal Software Engineer, where they served as the technical lead and architect, focusing on high availability, database replication, system observability, and more. In 2017, they joined athenahealth as an Architect/Product Owner, responsible for pre-production infrastructure and reducing time spent on repetitive tasks.
