Robert J. Makar

Robert J. Makar has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Robert J. began their career as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Northrop Aircraft Division in 1985. Robert J. later joined Booz Allen Hamilton in 1987, where they held various roles including Senior Consultant, Associate, Senior Associate, and ultimately became a Partner and Senior Vice President. At Booz Allen Hamilton, they managed the Business Analytics practice and played a key role in driving its extraordinary growth. In 2012, Makar joined RIM Enterprise, LLC as a Principal. Robert J. then went on to become the VP of Business Development and Strategy at Quartus Engineering in 2014. In this role, they were responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth through market diversification, capability enhancement, and people development.

Robert J. Makar obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) and a Master of Science (MS) in Mechanical Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology. Robert J. completed their education from 1980 to 1985.
