Wayne Mealey

Wayne Mealey has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Wayne most recently worked as the Vice President Talent Acquisition at Hewlett Packard Enterprise since 2022. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at Korn Ferry, including Vice President and Associate Client Partner, Global Project Director, Head of Americas Recruitment - RPO Accounts, U.S. Project Director - RPO Accounts, U.S. Project Manager - RPO Account, and Team Lead. Before Korn Ferry, Wayne worked at Alcon, a Novartis company, as a Corporate Employee Relations, Policy and Process Specialist and a Talent Acquisition Consultant. Wayne also had significant experience at PRO Unlimited, where they served as a Sr. Client Services Coordinator at Alcon Labs and held various client services and project coordination roles. Wayne started their career as an Account Manager at CUNDY, Inc. and worked as a Field Marketing Coordinator at Newell Rubbermaid. Wayne served in the United States Marine Corps as a Unit Diary from 1997 to 2001.

Wayne Mealey obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science from the University of Florida from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in General Business from Saint Leo University from 1998 to 2000.
