Alkiviadis Tsitsigkos, also known as Alkis, is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software and cloud technology. Currently serving as the Vice President of Software & Cloud Technology at Hexagon AB and previously as the Director of Cloud Native Group, Alkis has a strong background in cloud engineering and DevOps, having held senior roles at both Leica Geosystems and Extron Electronics. With expertise in infrastructure as code (IaC), security, and automation tools such as AWS, Terraform, and Kubernetes, Alkis has a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions and optimizing operational processes across various organizations. Alongside technical prowess, educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Networks and Data Communications from Kingston University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the National Technical University of Athens.
