Todd Podbielski

Todd Podbielski, AICP, is an experienced urban planner currently working at HEXAH and serving as a development assistant at Capital A Housing since January 2021. Responsibilities include supporting projects related to Permanent Supportive Housing and affordable infill developments, feasibility analysis of properties, and managing funding applications. Todd has previously worked as a graduate research assistant at the Center for Sustainable Development at UT Austin, analyzing the affordable housing market in Harris County. Additional experience includes roles at the Capital Area Council of Governments, the Institute for Government Innovation at Texas State, and Town Creek, among others. Todd holds a Master's degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from The University of Texas at Austin and dual Bachelor's degrees in Geography with a concentration in Urban & Regional Planning and Public Administration from Texas State University.
