Heidi Karg Porto

Heidi Karg Porto has a significant amount of experience in HRIS roles. Heidi served as the Director of Global HRIS at Hexcel Corporation, where they led the HRIS department and provided strategic oversight for Workday products. Heidi was responsible for partnering with various departments to deliver Workday solutions and ensure data integrity. Before that, they worked at Daymon Worldwide as the Global HRIS Lead, where they managed global Workday products and acted as a consultative partner for HR, payroll, finance, and IT departments. Heidi was also responsible for data integrity and implementing processes and audits. Prior to that, Heidi worked as an HRIS Analyst at United Rentals.

Heidi Karg Porto attended Fordham University from 1999 to 2003. In 2003, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Fordham University, Fordham College at Rose Hill.
