Ania Loveless

Ania Loveless has a strong background in human resources and HRIS implementation, with experience in companies such as Hexion Inc., Momentive, and Xerox Corporation. Ania worked at Hexion Inc. from November 2007 until March 2020, holding roles such as HR Business Process Analyst, HRIS Analyst, and HRIS Lead Analyst. In these positions, Ania interacted with various levels and groups within the organization to implement and support HRIS, acted as a subject matter expert and administrator for HR systems, and provided support for HRIS problem-solving and scheduled activities. At Momentive, from November 2007 to October 2012, Ania worked as a SAP HR Specialist and was involved in recruitment processes, data management, pay-rate changes, payroll processing, and onboarding and offboarding of associates.
