Dave Jones

Dave Jones has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Dave is currently serving as the VP, Mid-Market Account Executive at Hexure, where they provide digital sales automation solutions to the insurance, financial services, and wealth management industries. Before joining Hexure, Dave worked as an Independent Broker at Compass Insurance Advisors, offering health insurance products to individuals and small/medium groups. Prior to that, they were an Employee Benefit Strategies Consultant at Brown & Brown Insurance, where they provided strategic consulting, analytics, and compliance support to mid-market employers. Dave also served as a Business Development Account Executive at MBA Benefit Administrators, Inc., where they managed relationships for a book of business and generated new revenue. Additionally, they worked as a Voluntary Benefits - Inside Sales Executive at HealthEquity, where they provided national sales support and presented employee benefit solutions. Before transitioning into the insurance industry, Dave owned and managed Jones Family Homes, a real estate rental management company. Dave also worked as an Outside Business Sales Advisor at OnPath Business Solutions, a Lead-Gen SAAS sales company, and as an Elearning Developer at both Intermountain Health and Vivint. Dave has a background in graphical digital media design and previously owned their own company called David Jones Designs.

Dave Jones holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Digital Media Technologies from Utah Valley University. Dave has also obtained several additional certifications, including MetLife University's Employee Benefits Solutions in 2023, Insurance Agent certifications from the Utah Insurance Department in October 2022, and an HSA Expert Certification from HSA Consulting Services, LLC in January 2020.
