Arturo Espinosa

Arturo Espinosa serves as the Chief Compliance Officer at Hey Banco since January 2020, while also holding the position of Chief Compliance Officer and Director of Corporate Contraloría at REGIONAL SAB Holding since January 2019. Concurrently, Arturo has been with BanRegio since April 2014 as the Director of Corporate Internal Control and Compliance, achieving significant reductions in compliance observations and sanctions from financial authorities, as well as leading the authorization of participation in the Interbank Payment System in Dollars. Previous experience includes roles at CNBV from November 2005 to March 2014, where Arturo supervised financial compliance and inspections across various financial institutions, and as an Auditor at PwC Mexico. Arturo holds advanced degrees from IPADE and EGADE Business School, and a Bachelor's degree from Tecnológico de Monterrey, alongside a diploma from USI.
