Fiona Mack McNab

Fiona Mack McNab is an experienced leader in customer success and service delivery, currently serving as the Director of SBSEG International Customer Success at Intuit since November 2011. In previous roles at Intuit, McNab has led tax support for North America and Canada, managed a team delivering customer service to the Accounting Professional Division, and held various director-level positions. Prior to Intuit, McNab worked at Microsoft Corporation, where responsibilities included managing a global network of customer service contact centers and leading a team focused on customer services performance across the EMEA region. McNab began their career at Atos KPMG Consulting, overseeing contact center operations, and has also held positions in business development and account management. McNab holds executive education from Harvard Business School.
