Mike Kennedy

Mike Kennedy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community engagement, faith-based initiatives, and organizational leadership. Currently serving as a Story Guide at Artifact since January 2022, Kennedy's previous roles include managing the Faith Climate Justice Voter Campaign at Interfaith Power & Light, facilitating entrepreneurial development at Realize Bradenton, and consulting for The Patterson Foundation's Digital Access for All Initiative. With a background that includes leadership positions at the Community Foundation of Sarasota County, Harvest United Methodist Church, Suncoast Community Capital, and the Bradenton Downtown Development Authority, Kennedy has demonstrated a commitment to fostering community investment and inclusion. Early career experience includes management of operations for the Pittsburgh Pirates' spring training facilities. Kennedy holds an MBA from the University of Florida and a BS in Journalism and Political Science from Duquesne University.
