Lauren Yates has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Lauren is currently the Principal & Co-Founder of ThinkWell Consulting, LLC, where they specialize in aligning corporate culture and communications with core values and business strategy. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Corporate Relations at HEYCO Energy Group and was a member of their Board of Directors. Lauren has also worked as the Executive Director of the New Mexico Prosperity Project, where they focused on voter education and promoting free enterprise prosperity. Additionally, they have held roles as Principal at Communiko LLC, Principal at Public Strategies, Inc., and Executive Director of Communications at BIPAC. Lauren began their career as an Associate at Ignition Strategic Communications and later served as the Outreach Director at AGE of Central Texas. Lauren's experience showcases their expertise in communication strategy, corporate culture alignment, public relations, and voter education.
Lauren Yates completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communication from Trinity University in 1999. Lauren went on to earn a Master of Arts degree in Journalism from The University of Texas at Austin in 2002. Later, they pursued their Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business, completing it in 2013.
