Justin Grady

Justin Grady has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Justin is currently working at Heyday as the Head of Operational Initiatives and Chief of Staff to the CFO, a role they have held since July 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Manager in Operations Finance at Heyday from April 2023 to July 2023. Before joining Heyday, Justin worked at Liberty Mutual Insurance as a Senior Associate Consultant from February 2021 to April 2022. Justin also served as an Associate Consultant in Corporate Strategy & Research at Liberty Mutual from July 2019 to February 2021. Additionally, Justin gained experience at Restaurant Brands International as an Operations Summer Intern in 2018, at Private Advisors Alternative Asset Management as a Private Equity Intern in 2017, and at Fidelity Investments as an Administrative Intern in 2016.

Justin Grady attended Belmont Hill School from 2009 to 2015. Justin then pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Economics with a Certificate in Markets and Management Studies at Duke University from 2015 to 2019.
