Paula Ignez

Paula Ignez has over 13 years of work experience in various roles. In 2005, they began their career as an Iniciação Científica CNPQ at AINTEC - Technological Innovation Agency of Londrina State University. From 2008 to 2009, they worked as an Especialista de Laboratório at Laboratório Especial de Microbiologia Clínica and Laboratório ALERTA. In 2010, they were an Analista de Laboratório - Patologia Clínica at Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Business Development Specialist Biomolecular and POCT at Werfen and Business Development Specialist LATAM at Thermo Fisher Scientific. From 2015 to 2017, they were a Coordenadora de Produto CAD/CAM e Marketing Clínico at Dentsply Sirona and Gerente Nacional de Vendas and Gerente de Marketing at Straumann Group. Currently, they are a BDM at Kuraray South America and will soon become General Sales Manager at HeyGears, responsible for strategic operation and management of latam business.

Paula Ignez has a diverse educational background. Paula received their Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Biomedical Sciences, General from UEL - Universidade Estadual de Londrina in 2007. Paula then continued their studies at Unifesp - Universidade Federal de São Paulo, earning a Master of Science (MS) degree in Biotecnologia in 2011. Following this, they attended Rutgers University for a year, completing a program in American Language in 2012. In 2019, they earned an MBA in Gerenciamento de negócios from Ibmec. Paula is currently enrolled in two programs, an Executive program in Administração e Negócios from Nova School of Business and Economics, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Negócios Internacionais e Comércio Exterior from ABRACOMEX.
