Melina Möckel

Melina Möckel has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Melina started their career as an Apprentice Industrial Clerk at THIMM Verpackung GmbH + Co. KG in 2012 and later worked as an Internal Sales Representative in the same company. In 2018, they joined Sartorius as an HR Manager, specializing in Global Mobility, Systems, and Controlling. Melina then moved on to work at Coya as an Intern in Recruiting and Employer Branding before becoming a Working Student in Human Resources. In 2020, Melina Möckel was promoted to the position of HR Manager at Coya. Currently, they are working at HeyJobs as a People Partner, taking on roles such as Senior People Partner, Interims Team Lead, and People Partner Lead.

Melina Möckel holds a Master's degree in International Business and Consulting - Human Resource Management from The Berlin School of Economics and Law, which they obtained between 2019 and 2021. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from The University of Göttingen, graduating in 2019. Melina also completed an exchange semester focused on Chinese Business at Nanjing University in 2017 and 2018. In addition to their formal education, Melina has obtained certifications in Emerging Leaders Training, Future Female Talents @ EY, and HR Consulting and Digital Strategy Day.
