Amy Cline

Amy Cline serves as General Counsel for Hoffmann Family of Companies, overseeing legal matters for a multi-vertical, family-owned corporation since January 2025. Prior experience includes roles as General Counsel and Chief Risk Officer at Kodiak Solutions, where Amy established legal systems for a tech start-up, and Associate General Counsel at Health Care Service Corporation, advising on corporate governance and successfully negotiating significant transactions. Previous positions include Vice President and General Counsel at SE2, LLC, Senior Associate Attorney at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP, and Senior Corporate Counsel for Sprint, among others. Amy holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas School of Law and an MBA from Avila University.
