Scott Martin

Scott Martin is a seasoned Project Delivery Manager at HF Comms Ltd since April 2021, overseeing a medium-sized team focused on mobile telecom site acquisition and design. With extensive experience at Ericsson from 2005 to 2020, Scott held various managerial roles, including Business Operations Manager, responsible for workforce capacity management in the Middle East and Africa, and Lead Workforce Manager, directing temporary resources across over 50 countries. Scott also managed service delivery and supplier management as Regional Services Supplier Manager and enhanced workforce efficiency as Region Head of External Resource Management.
