David Menza is an experienced IT security leader, currently serving as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at HF Group since October 2018, where responsibilities include advising the executive committee on IT security matters and overseeing the Information Security Management System (ISMS) and Cybersecurity program. Prior to this role, David was the IT Security Manager at HFC from February 2017 to October 2018 and the Manager of Information Security at Commercial Bank of Africa (CBA Group) from December 2014 to February 2017, where duties involved leading the Information Security team, designing and implementing security policies and procedures, performing IT risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Sciences and Information Technology from Moi University, earned between 1998 and 2002.
