Eric Neo Say Wei is the President of Hg Exchange.

Concurrently, Eric is the Co-Founder and Group Director of RF International Holdings which includes RF Fund Management, regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore. He is also the Founder and Chairman of Neo & Partners Global (“NPG”), a FinTech Certified company by the Singapore FinTech Association.

Previously, Eric held a Senior Leadership position at FlexTrade Systems, RTS Realtime Systems, CMC Markets, UOB Kay Hian, and BT Group.
