Allen Licha

Allen Licha, PMP, serves as the Senior Technical Operations Manager at HG Insights since April 2020. Previously, Licha was the Manager of Information Systems at Cospheric LLC from April 2017 to March 2020, where leadership in IT and ISO 9001 compliance was provided while building an IT infrastructure. From January 2003 to March 2017, Licha held various roles at Influence Health (now WebMD), including Manager of Information Systems and Senior Project Manager, overseeing corporate applications and managing teams in software development. Earlier experiences include positions as Software Development Manager at Ericsson, Inc., Software Project Manager at QAD, Inc., and Systems Engineer at Electronic Data Systems (EDS). Allen Licha earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematical Sciences from UC Santa Barbara between 1986 and 1989.
