Marina Eichberg

Marina Eichberg has a diverse work experience. Marina started their career in 2009 as a Radio Moderator, News Presenter, and Editor at Radio Oberland. In 2014, they worked as a Management and Team Assistant/Project Manager at Seitwerk GmbH. In 2017, they became an HR Business Partner and was responsible for Talent Acquisition at Ryte. Their most recent position is as the Head of People at hg medical GmbH & USA, where they have been working since 2019.

Marina Eichberg pursued further education in transaktionsanalyse at Team Institut in 2022. From 2021 to 2022, they obtained a Master of Systemic Interventions from system worx institut, specializing in Systemisches Tool Camp. Marina's undergraduate degree, a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Wirtschaftspsychologie, was earned from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management between 2015 and 2018.
