Sura Alammar Rathore

Sura Alammar Rathore is an experienced finance professional currently serving as an ESG Specialist and Credit Research Analyst at HG Vora Capital Management since January 2016, focusing on ESG integration across the portfolio. Previously, Sura held the position of Head of Business Development for the U.S. at Essentia Analytics, where significant first-time initiatives were established. A tenure at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York included roles as Senior Research Analyst and Wholesale Credit Risk Specialist, monitoring investment management performance for supervised banks. Sura also managed the wind down of a $400 million leveraged loan portfolio at the Royal Bank of Scotland and provided credit research coverage for a sizable Collateralized Loan Fund at Callidus Capital. Earlier experience includes time as an Associate/VP at BNP Paribas and as an Associate in Syndications at J.P. Morgan. Academically, Sura holds an MSc in International Accounting and Finance from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a Bachelor's degree in Political Economy from Barnard College.
