Alan Cline

Alan Cline is currently the Head of North America at Hg, a role assumed in February 2023, where the focus is on enhancing the capabilities of individuals and organizations. Prior to this, Alan Cline served as a Senior Managing Director and Fund Co-Head at Vista Equity Partners from October 2008 to December 2021, and held the position of General Partner at Accretive LLC from April 2006 to July 2008. Additional experience includes various roles at Vista Equity Partners, including Vice President, and an Interim Vice President of Marketing at SRC Software. Alan Cline co-founded Fandango, Inc. and served as General Manager before its sale to Comcast. Early career experiences include roles as an Associate and Analyst at Goldman, Sachs & Co., specializing in high technology investment banking and merger advisory services. Alan Cline holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BS in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia.
