Hugh Nathanson

Hugh Nathanson is an experienced architectural professional currently serving as Associate Vice President at HGA Architects and Engineers since January 2017. Previously held positions include Associate Vice President at CannonDesign, where notable projects included the 39,000 square foot remodel of the 310 North San Vicente Breast Center at Cedars Sinai Medical Center and the new construction of the 158,596 square foot OroHealth New Acute Care Hospital Wing. Prior to that, Nathanson worked as Project Manager at HOK on significant projects such as the VA Long Beach Mental Health and Community Living Center and the Ventura County Medical Center replacement hospital. Earlier experience includes Senior Project Manager roles at CO Architects and BTA, overseeing landmark facilities like the Santa Monica UCLA Medical Center and the Stanford Cancer Center. Nathanson holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa.
