Jim Phillips P.e.

Jim Phillips, P.E. has a wealth of experience in the engineering field. Jim began their career in 1985 as a Professional Associate at Parsons Brinckerhoff, where they worked until 1993. From 1993 to 2012, Jim served as Vice President at E.C. Driver & Associates, Inc. In 2013, they joined URS Corporation as Vice President and remained there until 2014. Currently, Jim is the Bridge Practice Lead at Hardesty & Hanover, LLC in Florida. In this role, they are responsible for technical direction, design, and project management. Jim has also held the position of Senior Movable Bridge Manager, where they were responsible for technical direction, marketing, business development, and management of select movable bridge projects. Jim's extensive experience and leadership skills make him a valuable asset to any engineering team.

Jim Phillips, P.E. obtained their Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE) from the University of Florida. Jim completed their undergraduate studies from 1976 to 1982, focusing on the field of Civil Engineering.
