Raymond Mankbadi has over 40 years of practical deep foundations experience. Raymond is currently the Director of Geotechnical Engineering and Principal Associate at Hardesty & Hanover, LLC, where they are responsible for managing the geotechnical activities for over one billion dollars in construction projects. Some of the projects they have worked on include NJTA Great Egg Harbor, NJDOT Route 52 Bridge, NYCDOT Willis Avenue Swing Bridge, FDOT Flagler Memorial Movable Bridge, Johnson Street Movable Bridge (Canada), and Sara Long Bridge in Maine. Prior to their current role, Raymond was the Manager of the Princeton Geotechnical Engineering Department at Parsons Brinckerhoff from 1999 to 2006. Before that, they worked as a Senior Geotechnical Project Manager at French and Parrello Associates from 1988 to 1999.

Raymond Mankbadi obtained a Master's degree in Civil Engineering (M.S.C.E) from Stevens Institute of Technology in 1984-1985. Raymond then pursued their studies in Geotechnical Engineering at the University of Connecticut from 1985-1988, although no specific degree was mentioned for this period. In parallel, they took Ph.D. courses at the University of Connecticut in 1988. Prior to this, Raymond earned a Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology from 1984-1986. Raymond completed their Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering at Cairo University from 1973-1978 and continued their studies there with a degree in B.S.C.E.
