Muath Al-Maaiah has a diverse work experience in the engineering and construction industry. Muath started their career in 2015 as a Quality Control Field Inspector at KC Engineering and Land Surveying, P.C., where they developed daily reports and achieved a project completion rate with less than 5% errors.

In 2017, Muath joined NYPS as a Quality Control Field Inspector, where they executed safety protocols, conducted inspections, and led field activities to ensure 100% accountability.

At M&J Engineering, P.C., Muath held two roles. First, as an Assistant Office Engineer & Quality Control Senior Field Inspector, they managed project records, prepared reports, and contributed to the reconstruction of eleven bridges with a total project value of $400M. Later, as an Office Engineer, they reviewed daily work reports, performed environmental compliance assessments, and certified materials used in projects.

Currently, Muath is working at H&H as an Office Engineer and Senior Construction Inspector. In this role, they lead daily field operations, organizes progress meetings, and heads the certification process for contract materials.

Throughout their career, Muath has consistently demonstrated attention to detail, compliance with regulations, and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams to ensure successful project execution.

Muath Al-Maaiah attended Old Dominion University from 2018 to 2022, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Technology. The degree was ABET accredited, and their field of study was Civil Engineering Technology.
