Courtney Hartman has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Courtney started their career in 2010 as an intern at Suffolk County District Attorney's office and National Geographic Society. In 2012, they interned at the US Congress. From 2012 to 2016, Courtney worked at Zerve, initially as an Operations Representative, then as an Onboarding Account Manager, and finally as the Manager of Client Success. During their time at Zerve, they played a key role in client retention and growth.
In 2016, Courtney joined Vendini as a Customer Success Manager and later became the Manager of Customer Success. Courtney successfully retained top-tier clients and developed and implemented KPIs and Bonus Metrics for the Customer Success team. At Vendini, they also led the creation and hiring of a new Customer Solutions team.
Currently, Courtney works at HHAeXchange, where they have held various roles since 2020. Courtney started as a Relationship Manager and progressed to become the Expansion Sales Manager and Director of Expansion Sales. Most recently, they have been serving as the Senior Director of Expansion Sales and is currently the Senior Director of Client Success.
