William Sutphin

William Sutphin has a long and diverse work experience in the homebuilding industry. William started their career at Centex Homes in 1999, where they held various roles such as Field Manager, Land Development Project Manager, and Vice President of Traditional Segment. William also served as the Director of Sales and Marketing and VP-Traditional Segment at Centex Homes. In 2009, they joined DR Horton as a Construction Manager and later became the City Manager. William then worked at Ashton Woods Homes as the Purchasing and Estimating Manager from 2011 to 2012. From 2013 to 2017, they worked at Dan Ryan Builders as the Director of Production. Currently, William is the Division President at HHHunt Homes, a position they have held since 2017.

William Sutphin obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of North Carolina Wilmington between 1989 and 1993.
