Jason Wallace has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries. Jason began their career as a professional football player in the National Football League (NFL) and Canadian Football League. After their football career, they transitioned into the healthcare field.

In their most recent role as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at HHM Health, Jason was responsible for overseeing the overall operational direction of the organization. This included managing administrative and operational functions across multiple service lines, as well as overseeing IT, facilities, population health, business analytics, inventory and procurement, call center, and an imaging center. Jason also led the organization through various employee satisfaction engagements and played a key role in launching HHM as a Covid-19 vaccine site.

Jason also worked as a Project Manager in the Program Management Office, leading cross-functional teams on enterprise-wide projects that impacted medical affairs, clinical practice, system enhancements, and population health.

Earlier in their career, Jason held various roles at Parkland Hospital, including Site Administrator for Garland and Vickery Health Centers, Site Administrator for School-Based Health Centers, and Administrative Resident. Jason was responsible for managing clinic operations, improving performance and patient expectations, and participating in hospital-wide projects.

Jason also has experience in healthcare consulting, having worked as a Principal Consultant at Dell Healthcare Consulting Group. Jason was assigned to The Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City as a Project Manager, overseeing a $30M Epic Electronic Medical Record implementation project.

Before entering the healthcare field, Jason interned at HealthSouth, where they gained experience in hospital operations and marketing.
