Lanea Huerth, MBA

Lanea Huerth, MBA has worked in various roles within the pharmaceutical industry. Lanea is currently serving as the Senior Director of Development Operations Optimization at HI-Bio since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Clinical Operations Optimization at HI-Bio from May 2022 to March 2023.

Before joining HI-Bio, Lanea held a position as the Director of Development Operations, Platform Services at Theravance Biopharma US, Inc. from 2017 to 2022.

Lanea also gained valuable experience at Amgen, where they worked in multiple roles. Lanea was the Senior Manager of Training and Development from 2008 to 2017, Project Manager from 2004 to 2008, and Clinical Data Manager/Sr Clinical Data Manager from 1997 to 2004.

Their career began at Baxter International Inc., where they served as a Clinical Research Associate from 1994 to 1997. Throughout their career, Lanea has gained expertise in various areas of the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in the fields of development operations, clinical operations, training, and data management.

Lanea Huerth, MBA attended Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, where they obtained a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration. Prior to their MBA, they pursued their undergraduate studies at California State University, Fullerton, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biochemistry with a minor in Biotechnology.
