Jacqueline Lawless has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Jacqueline began their career in 2014 at Cronin Group LLC, where they worked as an Event & Catering Assistant and later as an Office Administrator. In these roles, they handled event logistics, drafted proposals, managed administrative and operational activities, and represented the company at meetings and with vendors. Jacqueline then joined Toast, Inc. in 2017, starting as an Associate Customer Success Manager and eventually progressing to become a Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager II. Jacqueline joined Hi Marley in 2020 and currently holds the position of Team Lead, Customer Success. Jacqueline'sresponsibilities include leading a team and ensuring customer success.
Jacqueline Lawless attended Westfield State University from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. Prior to that, they attended Lynnfield High School from 2006 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, Jacqueline has also obtained certifications in Efficient Time Management and Leading without Formal Authority from LinkedIn in 2018.
